Hi, I'm Madi! The baker, taste tester, & heart behind every cookie you see here. What started as a simple chocolate chip cookie search quickly turned into something so much bigger.

A few years ago, I decided I wanted to learn how to make the best chocolate chip cookies from scratch so I began trying every recipe you could imagine. Nothing was meeting the mark, the only thing left to do was to throw out the cookbooks & try my own thing. That was the day my first ever Brown Butter Pretzel Crunch cookie was made, it will always have a special place in my heart. 

The concept of Mads with Love Bakery came to me at a time when I needed it most. I didn't feel fulfilled in my day to day life & just knew something was missing. Now I know, this is what was missing, this is where I'm meant to be, spreading love one cookie at a time.
